These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at  https://www.webworxhub.com, any affiliated websites or landing pages operated by Wallaroo Tech LLC, and all related services provided by Wallaroo Tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Web Worx Hub (“Web Worx Hub,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to website hosting, automation systems, AI tools, SMS communications, website development, subscription services, digital marketing services, and related digital solutions (collectively, the “Services”).

Wallaroo Tech LLC is the legal entity responsible for the Services and operates under the trade name Web Worx Hub.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.



1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services.

2. Services Overview

Web Worx Hub provides, without limitation:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure
  • AI-powered tools and automation systems
  • CRM and communication integrations
  • SMS communication systems
  • Website development services
  • Subscription-based service plans

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Payments and Billing

Certain Services require payment of fees.

You agree to:

  • Maintain valid and current payment information

All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

  • Cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle

  • The customer acts as the Data Controller
  • Web Worx Hub acts as the Data Processor

We process such data solely in accordance with client instructions and applicable law.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications or spam
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Interfere with system security or performance

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. SMS Program Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive Web Worx Hub notifications and alerts via automated text message, including account updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotional communications where permitted by law.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message received from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages.

If you use our Services to send SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you have obtained legally sufficient express written consent from recipients and that you will comply with all applicable communication laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC regulations.

Web Worx Hub is not responsible for customer misuse of SMS functionality..

9. AI Tools Disclaimer

Our Services may include AI-generated outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
  • AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before reliance

Web Worx Hub disclaims liability for reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, systems, branding, content, and materials provided by Web Worx Hub are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, you grant Web Worx Hub a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Third-party data practices

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Web Worx Hub does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, search rankings, lead generation outcomes, uptime percentages (unless expressly stated in a separate Service Level Agreement), or performance metrics.

Results vary based on numerous external factors beyond our control.

13. Service Level Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in a separate written Service Level Agreement (SLA), the Services are provided without any uptime or performance guarantee.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Your use creates legal, security, or reputational risk

Upon termination:

  • Access to Services may be revoked
  • Data retention shall be governed by our Privacy Policy

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Worx Hub shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wallaroo Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Content you submit, distribute, or transmit

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Arbitration shall be administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive the right to participate in class actions and waive the right to a jury trial.

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or third-party service failures.

21. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
