This page explains how Web Worx Hub collects, uses, stores, and deletes information submitted through our lead forms. This page is separate from our main Privacy Policy and is provided to meet advertising transparency requirements.

Data Collection

We collect Name, Email, and Practice Information when someone submits a lead form to request information about our AI Receptionist or to schedule a demo.

How We Use This Data

The information submitted through our lead forms is used solely for scheduling AI Receptionist demos and for communicating with the person who requested the demo. We do not use this information for any other purpose.

No Third Party Sales

We do not sell, rent, or trade any lead information to third parties. We do not share lead form data with outside companies for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Lead form information is stored securely in our internal systems and is accessible only to authorized personnel who manage demo scheduling and customer communication. We take reasonable measures to protect this information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

User Data Deletion Rights

Anyone who has submitted their information through our lead forms may request that their data be deleted at any time. To request deletion, email support@webworxhub.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. We will permanently delete your information from our systems.
