ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

Web Worx Hub (“Web Worx Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by Wallaroo Tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services provided by Web Worx Hub, including but not limited to hosting services, automation systems, AI tools, SMS communications, website development, marketing systems, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”).
This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
- Purpose of This Policy
This AUP is designed to:
• Protect the integrity, security, and performance of our systems
• Ensure lawful, ethical, and responsible use of our Services
• Protect Web Worx Hub, Wallaroo Tech LLC, its clients, vendors, carriers, and the public
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and international laws and regulations
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of Services without prior notice.
- Illegal Activities Prohibited
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
• Violating any local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Fraud, identity theft, impersonation, or deceptive practices
• Phishing, financial scams, or social engineering
• Distribution of stolen data or intellectual property
• Operating illegal gambling, weapons, or controlled substance businesses
Web Worx Hub reserves the right to investigate and report suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities.
- Prohibited Content
You may not host, distribute, publish, or transmit content that:
• Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful
• Promotes violence or unlawful conduct
• Contains child exploitation material
• Is pornographic or sexually explicit (unless lawful and expressly approved in writing)
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
Web Worx Hub reserves sole discretion to determine what constitutes prohibited content.
- Email and Anti-Spam Compliance
You may not use the Services to:
• Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”)
• Use purchased, scraped, or third-party email lists
• Engage in misleading subject lines or deceptive marketing practices
• Violate the CAN-SPAM Act or other applicable anti-spam laws
All marketing communications must:
• Include a valid physical mailing address
• Provide a clear and functional opt-out mechanism
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly
Accounts generating excessive spam complaints may be suspended immediately.
- SMS and Text Messaging Compliance
If you use SMS, MMS, or messaging services through Web Worx Hub, you must:
• Obtain express written consent (opt-in) prior to sending messages
• Maintain verifiable records of consent
• Clearly disclose the sending business identity
• Provide clear opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”)
• Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, A2P 10DLC registration requirements, and all applicable laws
Prohibited uses include:
• Cold text marketing
• Purchased or rented phone number lists
• Political messaging without documented compliance
• Misleading financial, health, or income claims
Violations may result in immediate suspension and reporting to carriers or regulatory authorities.
- AI and Automation Misuse
You may not use AI tools, automation systems, or chat systems to:
• Impersonate individuals or businesses fraudulently
• Conduct automated harassment or abuse
• Create deceptive deepfake-style impersonations
• Generate unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
You are solely responsible for all outputs generated through your account.
- Hosting Abuse
You may not:
• Host malware, phishing pages, or exploit kits
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Use excessive server resources that negatively impact others
• Resell hosting services without written authorization
• Use the Services solely as backup storage unrelated to active website operations
We reserve the right to suspend or limit accounts that threaten system stability.
- Intellectual Property
You may not:
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Use trademarks without proper rights or permission
• Republish proprietary content unlawfully
You represent and warrant that you possess all rights necessary for content you publish.
- Security Violations
You may not:
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Circumvent authentication or security mechanisms
• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt other users’ Services
Security violations may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
- High-Risk Industries
The following industries require prior written approval:
• Cryptocurrency or digital asset investment platforms
• Forex trading platforms
• CBD or cannabis-related businesses
• Adult services
• Firearms or weapons sales
• Medical claims or supplement sales
• Financial lending, debt settlement, or credit repair services
Failure to disclose high-risk activities may result in immediate termination.
- Payment and Chargeback Abuse
You may not:
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity
• Abuse refund policies
• Initiate chargebacks without first contacting support in good faith
Accounts with excessive chargebacks may be permanently terminated.
- Third-Party Platform Compliance
If your Services integrate with third-party providers (including cloud hosting providers, SMS carriers, SaaS vendors, or white-label platforms), you agree to comply with their applicable policies.
Violation of third-party provider policies may result in suspension of Services.
- Enforcement
Web Worx Hub may, at its sole discretion:
• Investigate suspected violations
• Remove or disable access to prohibited content
• Suspend or terminate Services
• Report unlawful activity
• Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities
We are not required to provide advance notice in cases of serious or unlawful violations.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Web Worx Hub, Wallaroo Tech LLC, and their officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, or expenses arising from:
• Your violation of this AUP
• Your content
• Your misuse of the Services
• Regulatory penalties resulting from your actions
- No Monitoring Obligation
Web Worx Hub is not obligated to monitor user content but reserves the right to do so at its discretion.
- Policy Updates
We may modify this AUP at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
